Your role:
- You are responsible for providing high-quality technical support for the applications running in our environment.
- You deliver effective technical customer support on our applications (self-developed our external provided). This support contains the setup of the application support process, the documentation, internal support information workshops, and the application provider contact and SLA follow-up.
- You may be required to be on-call on a rotating basis throughout the year.
- As coordinator, you will be responsible for the “Global Support” team. This international team is the expert team in the organization performing operations on the infrastructure related to the group level or as escalation level for the different helpdesks.
- You report to the group manager Business Technology Operations.
Your profile:
- University Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology support
- Minimum 2 years of experience as team coordinator
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Application support environment
- Language skills: French, Dutch and English
- Itil foundation
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (MCSE certified)
- Good knowledge of VMware
- Strong understanding of Windows AD / LDAP
- Strong troubleshooting and lateral thinking skills
- Proactive with a passion for technology and performance
- Willing to travel
