Bonjour, j'ai commandé un téléphone pour ma mère sur le site aliexpress en décembre. Il devait être envoyé d'espagne, et j'avais payé plus cher pour cela, mais l'a été de chine, le vendeur dans un premier et rare message prétextant la pandémie. Le numéro de suivi correspond a un colis livré dans l'ain à plus 600 km de chez moi, j'ai réussi à obtenir de la poste une déclaration que ce numéro de suivi ne correspondait ni à mon nom ni à mon adresse. Le colis étant arrivé en France et livré, aliexpress a estimé que je ne devais pas être remboursé, le vendeur et sa boutique n'existent plus et il n'avait fourni aucun justificatif contrairement à moi. La réponse de la décision d'appel devait intervenir sous 2 à 5 jours, il s'en est écoulé 19 et la demande d'appel a été effacée sans aucun contact d'aliexpress. L'entreprise semble être complice de ces arnaques.

I have never received the package! -The phone had to be sent from Spain, I had paid extra, it was sent from China, I provided the proof, a message then sent to the seller. - a parcel with my tracking number was received by someone 600 km from my home, the post tracking showing the last post center before delivery, aliexpress found it. - the seller quickly disappeared and his shop too, see my mailbox, aliexpress knows it. - the post office kindly provided me with a document certifying that the tracking number did not correspond to my name, my address, or my region. I sent it several times. Aliexpress agreed with the seller, and my call, I waited 19 days for a response, apparently was not even looked at. How to come to an agreement with the seller when he and his shop disappeared on December 22 and that by around the 15th, the shop was closed and the seller wrote that he was on vacation. So he never replied to my messages, which my messenger on aliexpress proves.I'm sure this seller stole a lot of people, maybe with the complicity of someone at aliexpress: one tracking number for many customers and one package sent. Aliexpress does not protect its customers, even the oldest ones, or even its honest sellers
