Bonjour J'ai demander mon remboursement chez Connections pour mon remboursement de mon val sec qui devais avoir lieu le 11 déc. 2020 j'ai fais plusieurs relance , rien ne bouge Thai airways à la droit den nous menez en bateau jusque quant? moi j'ai payé mes ticket en février 2020

Dear Test Achats , Thank you for your below email. As per terms and conditions, if passengers purchased a ticket via the travel-agent, the agent will assist them and they will submit the refund to Thai Airways. Unfortunately we are not able to process the refund of an agent ticket. However, please be informed that all refunds will be authorised but with heavy delay. The rehabilitation plan of THAI has been approved a few weeks ago by the creditors. Locally we still have no possibilities to make any decisions as all is under control of our legal advisors. So unfortunately the payments of refunds are still suspended awaiting the outcome to our rehabilitation plan through the Thailand courts. We are unable to give you exact date or timeframe for it. We understand how important it is to be able to provide greater flexibility at this time - these are the options available to you * Keep your ticket: rebook or extend the validity of your current ticket until 31st December 2022. This is the best option if you would like to travel on the same route at a later date. * Exchange your ticket: if your flight has been cancelled and you can exchange your ticket for a travel voucher valid until 31st December 2022. This is ideal if you think you may want to travel to a different destination at a later date. * Convert a refund request: if you have a pending refund request and would still like to travel at a later date, you can request to change it into a travel voucher valid until 31st December 2022. If you are interested in the options, you will need to contact your travel agent for assistance. THAI cannot action bookings made by travel agents under any circumstances.
