Bonjour, le 02 octobre 2021, j'ai commandé pour 30,85€ dans l'application Uber Eat. La commande a été annulé sans que je ne comprenne pourquoi. j'ai essayé 4 X au total toujours le même montant pour le même restaurant et les 4x la commande a été annulé d'elle même. Puis je me rend compte, quelques minutes plus tard, que 3 retrait de 30,85 on été payé à Uber eat. Je contact le restaurant directement, ils me disent qu'ils n'ont reçu aucune commande pour moi et que je ne suis pas la seule à avoir eu ce problème. Au total 6 retrait ont été fais sur mon compte d'une valeurs chacune de 30,85€ en faveur de UBER. 3x 30,85 m'ont été rembourser mais il reste encore 3 X 30,85€. Je contact Uber par mail, on me demande plus d'explications et les preuves de factures. je leur ai envoyé les captures d'écran des 4 commandes effectué et les 6 extraits de banques de 30,85€ en leur faveur. Je reçois un mail qui me dis que mon dossier est envoyé à un service plus compétent. A ce jour, je n'ai toujours pas de nouvelle.
