Remboursement demon games

La société DemonGames m'a facturé 8x4,99 EUR via ma facture Proximus, pour un service de jeux auquel je n'ai jamais souhaité participer. J'ai contacté la société et l'abonnement est suspendu. Néanmoins, je souhaite obtenir un remboursement intégral car cet abonnement s'est enclenché à mon insu.
