Bonjour, je n'ai jamais souscrit à un abonnement, et je me suis récemment rendu compte que chaque mois depuis le mois de mai, J'ai un surcout de 50€ environ sur toutes mes factures pour des services que je n'ai jamais souscrit ni utilisé. Je demande un remboursement total.

Bonjour, c'est ce que je viens de faire: 0486617057. Je ne vais plus appeler le service clients, car on se moque de moi. La personne m'a dit mot à mot "remboursement, oublie. On fait parfois des gestes commerciaux, mais pas pour toi, c'est seulement pour les gens gentils" mot à mot. Je me plaint qu'on me facture des centaines d'euros sans que je le sache, je demande qu'on me rembourse et qu'on me désabonne et on se moque de moi dans le service client. Je n'ai jamais souscrit à un abonnement chez vous, je n'ai absolument aucune raison de le faire. Je vous demande donc de: 1.
