About the mission:

You will lead the Digital team at the heart of TA’s editorial transformation. Your goal is to amplify our impact and visibility across all digital channels (website, app, newsletters, social media, video) while contributing to our brand strength and consumer engagement.

Your responsibilities :

  • Lead the strategic planning, day-to-day management and performance monitoring of our website, TA Digital app, newsletters, social media & video, in collaboration with content, design and IT teams.
  • Oversee the production and distribution of editorial video content, including the Test Talks series, with a focus on accessibility, quality and reach.
  • Drive social media strategy and execution, ensuring a consistent tone of voice and alignment with TA’s mission and editorial agenda.
  • Supervise the newsletter planning and delivery, optimising targeting, engagement and conversion.
  • Contribute actively to the evolution of formats, tools and channels used to deliver content to our audiences.
  • Motivate and coordinate a multidisciplinary team (content, video, social media, technical profiles), fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Ensure reporting, data-driven evaluation and continuous improvement across all digital actions.

What we expect from you : 

 
  • Strong experience in digital content management and team coordination.
  • Excellent understanding of digital audiences, platforms and performance indicators.
  • Natural leadership: you can align, mobilise and develop your team.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a digital team and/or digital projects.
  • Vision and strategic input on how to evolve the team and its outputs.
  • Fluency in French or Dutch, with a good working knowledge of the other language. A working knowledge of English is also expected.
  • A pragmatic mindset: you know how to combine strategy, operations and impact. Collaborative mindset and leadership qualities.
  • Openness to disruptive thinking in answering the new digital behaviour or needs of consumers, such as AI.
  • Consumer-centric vision.
  • Bonus: background in media, journalism, marketing or digital project management.
