I'm contacting you about an account issue.
For years, I had a Premier account, which I paid €5.99, as clearly stated on this page, for Belgian residents.

For some reason, it was upgraded to Business, but it always worked; I still had Prime and Prime Video.
On September 15th, my Premier account was deactivated.
I spent all day with about ten people on the chat, but no one was able to resolve my problem.
I was initially told it was because of the Business account, and that I had to convert it to Personal, which I did.
When I want to resubscribe to Prime, I have two problems:
1. The price is €8.99, while your site clearly states €5.99 for Prime members.

2. Unable to complete registration, I get the error message (see attached photo).
I've tried several bank cards, on the app, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.
NOTHING WORKS.
So, I had an account where everything was working fine, then suddenly, I found myself without a bonus, with a personal account, and no longer a business account for purchases for my Belgian company, with 0% intra-community VAT.
