Outstanding Cancel payment

Dear, We regret your decision to cancel your Testachats subscription and confirm that we have taken note of it. Your subscription will be terminated effective 01/06/2025. An amount of €2 for the 2-month trial period in May will be debited via direct debit on 05/05/2025. If the direct debit is refused by your financial institution, a payment slip will be sent to you. (You have the right to cancel the subscription within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without any specific reason and without penalty. Your subscription was created on April 20 via our online subscription form. As the 14-day period has already passed, we are unable to cancel this contribution.) Since our address lists are prepared in advance, it is possible that the magazine will be sent to you one last time — free of charge. We hope this clarifies the situation.
