Dear, In February 2023 I took off from Brussels (BEL) to Mascat (Oman) on flights TK1942 and TK774.The whole flight (as well as the return flight) was a disaster and I am more than exasperated by the feedback me and my friend are getting from your customer services.May I please insist on getting your feedback on below complaintsBaggage Irregularity:CASE ID: 2023033470 // DAH MCTTK15512Customer Complaint/Feedback:TK-8168070TK-8189009My claim is: full reimbursement of all expenses submitted on your platform (~400€) incurred due to the delay of my luggage + compensation for all inconveniences described in above complaints. I do not accept de $200 USD that are being offered to me.Please also take into account the Baggage irregularity of my friend Mike Waltzing (DAH MCTTK15511) who flew with me, and suffered stealth of some personnal effects from his registered luggage on the way back!!! This is inadmissible !
