Bonjour,J'ai reçu des courriers de Themys et Dycke pour des paiements dus à la société Howlogic KFT. Mon fils aurait soit disait souscrit des abonnements sur Modeflirt et SchatjesOntmoeten. Malgré ma demande par e-mail ils ne fournissent pas de preuve de souscription de ces abonnements, ils m'expliqusent seulement comment un abonnement se souscrit et que l'e-mail de mon fils a été utilisé. J'ai vérifié par acquis de conscience avec mon fils tous les e-mails envoyés et reçus de son adresse e-mail et aucune trace de ces soit disants abonnements. je ne vois donc vraiment pas comment je pourrait résilier des abonnements non souscrits.Les montants réclamés sont exhorbitants car, en plus, ils prétendent que la société eCollect a déjà envoyé plusieurs rappels ce qui est de nouveau faux.Je demande bien entendu un arrêt complet de cette procédure de recouvrement qui est tout simplement une arnaque.
