When you start a ride with us, your payment provider allows us to reserve a fixed amount on your account. This way, we check that the payment method you have chosen is valid and that there are sufficient funds. Once your journey is complete, the deposit amount will be processed according to the cost of the journey. We deduct the cost of the journey from the reserved amount and release the remaining amount to your payment method. However, with some payment providers, it can take up to 7 days for the transaction to show up on your statement. The cost of your ride will always match the receipt amount we email you after each ride. So do not worry and enjoy your next ride!
