Commande non-reçue.. Pas de remboursement

Bonjour, Le 13/09 j’ai passé une commande sur le site bandenleader.be pour acheter 4 pneus (prix:162.60€).La commande n’est jamais arrivée et depuis j’arrête pas de relancer le service clients qui refuse de me rembourser ( car le litige n’est pas résolu avec le transporteur DPD).On est au mois de Novembre 2023 déjà et j’ai dépensé mon argent pour une commande non reçue !!!Je n’ai pas pu passer le contrôle technique et j’ai du acheter des nouveaux pneus!!! Les services après vente semble être nul….Merci.

Hi, It’s in your responsibility to solve the issue with the carrier! I paid you, and I paid my order to receive the order on time! It’s been already 3 months since the issue with the carrier is still not solved.And of course, you’ll lose more customers because of this kind of attitude.You have to respect your customers and to take responsibility for the paid orders!!!
