Madame, Monsieur, Le 20/05/2025, j'ai acheté un PLAUD NOTE sur votre boutique en ligne, pour lequel j’ai payé la somme de 169,90€ frais de port inclus. Lors de la livraison du produit, le 30/05/2025, j'ai décidé, après avoir pris connaissance de ses caractéristiques, de faire usage du droit de rétractation. Je vous ai envoyé un courrier à cet effet le 04/06/2025 et un second mail le 10/06/2025. A ce jour je n’ai reçu aucune réponse de votre part. Je vous saurais donc gré de bien vouloir donner suite à ma demande légitime de résiliation du contrat, en confirmant que le produit, non endommagé et complet dans toutes ses parties, est disponible pour le retour et je vous demande donc de rembourser le prix payé de 169,90€. J'attends une réponse dans les 5 jours suivant la réception de la présente. Ce courrier tient lieu de mise en demeure.
