I have sent emails concerning purchases I have made through Troostwijk auction (reference A1-25769-217 + 363). I have received an answer that I don't agree with. In fact, I have won these bids, I paid in due time, you have received this money, you sent me an invoice confirming that the money was received. This means that sale were closed, and these became my property. Therefore noone can dispose of my property without my approval.
Also, you sent me an email with the terms of troostwijk and you "suggested" that the purchase agreement could be terminated in accordance with article 19, but I am not in any of these case, i have respected all the terms of the purchase. Even worse, I am not the one who failed the purchase agreement but the seller did. I have made contact with him in due time many times but he failed to propose an appointment so that I could collect my properties.
You have been retaining my properties for more than a month, therefore, starting in 5 days following this mail, you will be charge with 20€ each day of penalty if you do not comply to give me my property with a minimum of 150€.
