Impossible reimbursement of a voucher

Impossible Reimbursment of a voucher that I cannot reuse in the period (until 7/8/25) Bestelnummer: #3184489350 Voucher number REBPLKN9KX99 Dear Sir, For medical reasons I had to cancel the travel that was planned 17/8/2024 from germany to belgium for two persons. At that time when I logged into the flixbus system to cancel the ticket, I was proposed to get a voucher or to be reimbursed. By inadvertance I choose a voucher. There was no indication that by doing so I had no chance to be refunded later in case I could not reuse the voucher. I have called you center today at 12:28 brussels time and I have been explained that I cannot be refunded of the value of the voucher (60,98 euros). This is unacceptable to me as I see no valid reasons, neither legal, to not reimburse me , the limit date is far away enought (august 2025) and the place is not a fixed place. So I ask you to reimburse me on the same account that I used to pay you. In case this is not done, I will consider engaging a legal procedure to be reimbursed. Best regards Antonio Astorino
