Greetings, LG I have a grievance with your customer service regarding my washing machine.I am an ardent patron of LG I own an LG TV, projector, refrigerator, and washing machine. I recently got in touch with your customer service to request a repair for my washing machine's warranty after it expired. I was really disappointed to learn that I would have to pay forty euros up front to obtain the ability to request a quote for a repair at distance. I thought the request was way too costly, especially because the repair's diagnostic will be completed remotely and no one will need to physically visit my premises to assess what needs to be fixed. If someone could just provide me with a free quote for the repair, I would like to ask them to review the pricing of the estimate. During the last cycle, my LG washing machine is not spinning and the water is not draining out. Even after cleaning and removing the water from the filter, it is still not functioning.I'm eager to speak with you. Although I think LG is a great company, there is something wrong with their presumption that you have to pay 40 euros to receive a quote for the repair over the phone. This is just not realistic.
