livraison incomplète

Madame, Monsieur, Le 7/02/2025, j'ai acheté trois produits "Vernis color" , sur votre boutique en ligne et j'ai payé 49,50€. J'ai reçu le colis le 7/2/2025 et lorsque je l'ai ouvert, j'ai constaté qu'un des trois produits était absent. Il s'agit du produit VERNIS COLOR CARE TEA TREE - ROSE CORAI. Je vous ai contacté par téléphone, le jour de la livraison, en vous signalant le produit manqué. En réponse à ma requête, vous m'avez transmis, par mail, le document attaché en pièce ci-jointe. Ce document me semple excessif par rapport à cette livraison, il s'agit d'avantage de mes donnés privés au lieu des données concernant la commande et le produit absent. Je vous invite donc à m'envoyer le produit acheté dans les plus brefs délais, en tout cas dans les 30 jours à compter de la date de la commande. À défaut, je me réserve le droit de solliciter la résiliation du commande et une indemnisation. En l’absence de réponse dans les 15 jours suivant la réception de la présente, je me réserve le droit d'intenter une action en justice pour protéger mes droits. Bonjour, Ma plainte concerne le produit absent. Je vous informe que le colis était fermé, il n'étais pas avarié, néanmoins aucune facture n'étais présente à l'intérieur de celui-ci. Le document que vous me transmettez pour le compléter, avec l'entête MINISTERE DE LA JUSTICE, me semble inapproprié à ma demande. il est très focalisé sur mes données personnelles à qui s'ajoute la copie de ma carte d'identité.
