Hello,
We are 5 passengers who suffered the cancellation of flight SP0623 on August 17, 2024 (see boarding tickets attached).
I am sending you as indicated on your document containing your information with taxpayer number :
- the two invoices for rooms and breakfasts and the transit between the airport and the hotel
- the restaurant invoice
According to your conditions, you reimburse the following amounts:
accommodation: 5 x €80
breakfast: 5 x €7
airport/hotel taxi: €18
meal: 5 x €15
Subtotal: 528 €
In addition, according to European Regulation (EC) 261/2004, we are also entitled to compensation of €250 per person.
Subtotal = 1250 €
Total : 528 € + 1250 € = 1778 €
