Problème de remboursement

Hello, I ordered à Playstation 5 on August 9th 2023. You were not able to deliver and you proposed to cancel the order on August 28th. (INV176528)I contacted you on September 3rd to remind you to refund me. You just told me on 4th that I had 14days to reclaim, which does not make sense. I sent you another reminder email on September 5th. I still waiting for an answer. Please proceed and refund the amount on my bank account. Thank you
