Bonjour,J'ai effectué un achat et après reflection j'ai changé d'avis je penseais refusé a la réception du colis, mais à la livraison celui-ci a été livré à mon absence à mes voisins du coup je ne pouvais pas le retourné, après avoir contacté le service client de l'entreprise au début ils m'ont proposé un retour à leur charge si je souhaite pas le garder en affirmant que le produit ne doit pas être ouvert et j'avais en effet confirmé que le colis n'a pas été ouvert. Cependant maintenant ils envoient un nouveau mail en disant que ils peuvent proposé un retour mais le remboursement ne sera pas totale , même si le produit est pas ouvert je dois payé 10 % du prix.... et 30 % si le produit a été ouvert......j'aimerais avoir une solution puisque après 4 mails ils arrivent pas à comprendre que le produit n'a pas été ouvert du tout!..

Hello,I got an email saying that the refund could not be treated, and that I would have to close the purchase with Klarna because you have a problem with the refund. I have already declared a return for Klarna amd Klarna is waiting for you to confirm the return!!!,let's say that I have closed the purchase, how would you refund me since it has to be done with original payment methods.It has been over a month and this issue is not resolved yet!!!.With kind regards
