Dear Sir/Madam, On 28 of April 2024, I purchased 2 hats from your online store, for which I paid the sum of $80.93. Upon delivery of the product, I decided to make use of my right of withdrawal, having taken note of its characteristics. I sent you a letter to this effect on 20 of june 2024 by email. After a lengthy exchange, you kept replieing that my request was inadmissible because you wanted me to accept your compensation. I dispute the above decision because I don't want the products, they are not of good quality so i don't need them. I would therefore be grateful if you could comply with my legitimate request to cancel the contract and complete the reimbursement of the price paid of $80.93.
