Commandé et payé, mais articles pas envoyés, et pas de tracking de bpost

I ordered 4 items (47 euros) + an article replacement (because my last order had an expired product, 11 euros) thus total 58 euros from www.shopnightandday.be. The site says that the parcel was shipped with reference https://track.bpost.cloud/btr/web/#/search?itemCode=323211313159962755703247But the given reference shows that the postal service has not received the package (Préparation par l'expéditeur - Votre colis est en préparation chez l'expéditeur. Pour plus d’information contactez l’expéditeur.)When I ask for more information from the sender (shopnightandday.be, Elsa et Jean-pierre Delepine) they claim that the package was sent on 10/11/2020 thus more than a week ago, but this contradicts the bpost tracking information.I further enquired with Elsa et Jean-pierre Delepine telling them that I did NOT receive the parcel, and bpost does not show tracking information for the parcel, and I specifically asked for tracking information but Elsa et Jean-pierre Delepine do not address my issues and instead reply asking Did you receive the parcels? which is obviously not the expected answer to a customer who asks questions about a parcel that was not received. I cannot obtain further tracking information from shipper BPost because they say that I have to inquire with the alleged sender (Elsa et Jean-pierre Delepine). And I cannot obtain any information from the alleged sender (Elsa et Jean-pierre Delepine) because they do not address my questions and requests. I would like to either receive the 4 article + replacement from last order = 5 articles because I paid them, or I would like to be reimbursed for the full order (47 euros for this order + 11 euros for previous order = total 58 euros). Due to the issues with this order, the inapropriate and condescending replies from Elsa et Jean-pierre Delepine, as well as problems with past orders (products way past the expiration date), in case of a refund, I do NOT want coupons or refund on the seller account. I want only reimbursement on the credit card (or the full order).Thank you for your help.
