We have promoted a full membership access with a 3 day limited period for an initial payment of 2Eur for the user to try out our discounts and services, the offer also provided a 15Eur gift card for free, that was sent to the user's registered email address to be redeemed and spent on our website. After the limited period, if the membership is not cancelled, the 32.9 credit recharge is debited to give the user an easy-access wallet for online purchases on our website. This recharge can also be skipped or cancelled at any time at our customer's discretion.We can see that the customer is requesting a refund, and we can confirm that a refund was emitted on Thursday 28.09.2023 for the 32.9Eur representing the credit recharge that was part of the user ´s membership while it was active. The membership was cancelled, the account was closed and the 32.9Eur transaction was refunded as requested by our customer with a further 2Eur transaction being refunded today 02.10.2023.
