Please note that I would like to open a claim with regards the following reservation DYI-184922692.
When bringing back the car, a small scratch has been identified on the bottom of the car’s plate (see attached pictures and see picture in the official check-in document). I do fully agree with this small scratch on the plate. However the personnel in charge of checking the car indicated in the check-in document that the bumper of the car was damaged which is wrong, the reason why I have refused to sign and recognise the dommage which was indicted in the document.
According to the damage price list of the company, no penalties are foreseen in case of a small scratch on the plate of the car (please see attached the price list of damages including scratches to the car’s plate)
Said the above i kindly ask your involvement prior to take further actions.
Please find attached the check-in document with pictures and description of the dommage, this document has not been signed by me as I do not recognise the dommage indicated in the document, moreover I have the feeling that the wrong dommage was indicated intentionally which makes the situation even worse.

Additionally the car was brought back clean however in the document the personnel indicated that that the car was not clean - I would also like to introduce a claim against this point.
I hope this issue will be solved and closed swiftly.
