Madame, Monsieur, Le 4 juillet 2024, j'ai passé commande sur votre boutique en ligne (The Bradery). La commande était divisée en 2 parties : - Sandales Crocs Classic Plateform Glitter - Or, dont la livraison était prévue le 15 juillet et que j'ai reçue en temps et en heure ; - Jupe Sax Gold, dont la livraison était prévue aux alentours du 25/07 et que je n'ai toujours pas reçue en date du 23 septembre 2024. J'ai pour cette jupe payé 18,05€ plus 5,95€ de frais de port. Je n'ai jamais reçu de suivi de livraison de cet article, il est d'ailleurs toujours inscrit "En cours de préparation" sur mon suivi de commande The Bradery. Le 8 août 2024, inquiète, j'ai envoyé un mail à The Bradery, ils m'ont indiqué que je ne devais pas m'inquiéter que le colis était en route. Ah bon et dois-je le deviner ? Le 14 août 2024, étant toujours sans nouvelles je les recontacte. Ils me demandent cette fois de rédiger une "déclaration sur l'honneur manuscrite signée", afin d'attester sur l'honneur que je n'avais jamais reçu leur colis. Chose que j'ai fait immédiatement ! Le 5 septembre 2024, je reçois enfin une réponse à cette déclaration. Ils m'informent que le colis m'attend dans une boîte à colis Mondial Relay, alors que j'avais demandé et payé pour une livraison à domicile... Je me dirige aux boîtes à colis, afin de récupérer le mien. Cependant, il est nécessaire d'avoir un code PIN pour récupérer son colis et évidemment, ils ne me l'ont pas donné. Cela aurait été trop facile... Je renvoie donc un mail le jour même pour les en avertir et obtenir ce code PIN. Le 6 septembre 2024, je reçois une réponse de The Bradery qui m'informer qu'ils font la demande de code PIN à la marque afin que je récupère mon colis. Nous sommes le 23 septembre 2024, je n'ai toujours PAS reçu ce code PIN, ni le colis. Dans 10 jours, cela fera 3 mois que j'ai passé commande ! Cela devient hallucinant de subir une incompétence comme celle-ci et de ne pas voir réagir The Bradery !!! Est-il possible de faire quelque chose s'il-vous-plaît ? Je n'attendrais pas un énième mail de vous sans solution ! Après 3 mois sans avoir reçu ma commandé, la moindre des choses serait d'annuler cette partie de commande et me rembourser ! Bien à vous, T.
