Subject: Consumer Complaint Against AliExpress Seller - Incompatible Android Screen for Ford Mondeo ( 3063676444026041: :2053806601669963])Dear Test-Achats / FOD Economie Team,I am a consumer from Belgium (Oostende region) filing this complaint against AliExpress seller [XiaoCang Car Parts Store/AliExpress] and AliExpress platform regarding a defective purchase of an Android car screen costing 450 EUR, which is incompatible with my 2016 Ford Mondeo Vignale Mk5. Despite clear assurances from the seller, the product caused critical vehicle features to fail, and AliExpress has unjustly demanded return shipping at my expense exceeding 500 EUR to China, violating EU consumer rights.��Before purchase, I specifically asked the seller if the screen was compatible with my Ford Mondeo Mk5 model. They confirmed "Yes, fully compatible" in chat messages (evidence attached: screenshots of conversation). After delivery and installation, the screen does not support essential car features: automatic parking assist stopped working, seat massage/heating failed, front windshield heating deactivated, and steering wheel heating ceased entirely. I have video proof demonstrating all errors and incompatibilities (attached: videos and photos showing failed connections, error messages, and non-functional features). The product is unusable and has damaged my vehicle's functionality.�I opened a dispute on AliExpress two weeks ago with all evidence provided. The seller demanded return at my personal expense, estimating 500+ EUR shipping to China (more than the item's value). I requested seller-paid return due to their misrepresentation, but they refused. AliExpress mediation also sided with return on my cost, closing my options despite Buyer Protection policy.
