Escroquerie/ Remboursement Royal Air Maroc

Concerne: Réservation U2LZQV des vol AT833 du 25/12/2021/Vol AT523 du 25/12/21/ vol AT838 du 08/01/2022...Bonjour,Après avoir annulé sans dédommagement plusieurs de mes vols (voir ci-dessus) pour raison de fermeture d'aéroport, la compagnie Royal Air Maroc peine à me rembourser et m'invente à chaque contact des prétextes fallacieux: 1ère version: prétend m'avoir remboursé à la date du 06/01/23 mais incapable de produire la moindre preuve...2ème version: non le 06/01/23 correspondrait à la date de transaction vers Mister Cash et qu'il faudra attendre 2 à 3 mois pour avoir l'argent sur mon compte...Un mensonge éhonté car le billet a été acheté avec une carte visa et non Mister Cash...Il y aurait à ce jour de la part de leur service financier, 5 prétextes mensongers plus farfelus les uns que les autres dont je vous épargnes les détailsIls sont incapables de produire la moindre preuve de transaction que je demande désespérément. Ils me font patienter de jours en jours, de semaines en semaines et maintenant on me demande d'attendre encore mais ne savent pas me donner de délai pour avoir mon remboursement ou tout au moins la preuve de leur allégations...Face à cette arnaque qui ne dit pas son nom, je n'aurai d'autre choix que de porter plainte contre la Royal Air Maroc pour abus de confiance, vol, escroquerie...Je demande en plus de mon remboursement, un dédommagement pour tout le préjudice causé.
