Execution of contract

I had an accident on 30th of January 2025, where I was included between 2 cars. I was hit at the back, and rolled over to hit another car. As my car is with AXA insurance, I supposed to get replacement car, as my car is per Total. But till this day they are saying that they are waiting for information from the insurance of the other counter-parties and that I cannot get replacement car if they dont see who is in Right in that accident. Clearly the contract says that I suppose to get replacement car for 30 days until they pay my car. So now I dont know what to do, they left me without car, and they are not informing me of the situation even I called them 100 times. I always get "we will call you back" as an answer and they never do. Thanks. Regards, Ljupcho Mishevski
