Hello, first off Proximus got my new address wrong, took them another week to install the internet wifi package I ordered. I decided to upgrade my internet package to Fibre because the old Proximus account we had at our old address continuously dropped the connection. I always use my phone as a HOTSPOT to connect and complete any tasks that required. They did not even pitch on the day they told me they would took another few days after this. When they finally installed my fibre line, internet and wifi worked perfectly and still does, BUT I am unable to get onto my VPN as I work from home. Which has been explained NUMEROUS occasions. They say its an IT issue and I need a Computer Scientist to solve the issue. Since I work for the likes of Google and Microsoft I can ASSURE you that is not the case. The fact that I can prove that this is the ISP issue, is because I had Proximus (pay as you go) phone subscription and I had Proximus internet at my old address. I could always get onto my VPN on this line, if the connection dropped I could also HOTSPOT off my phone and log into my VPN to get my work done. So how come I am unable to get on it now? A technician from Proximus has to open/allow a GRE protocol. They STILL after 3weeks of trying to get them to please sort the issue out unable to resolve the issue. I have not been able to work for 3weeks. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. My work want to FIRE me because I cannot WORK!!!!! Im going to sue Proximus if they do not resolve this issue and if I loose my job because Proximus has not resolve the issue I will sue for compensation.
