Je n ai jamais reçu ma machine a laver et je n ai plus de nouvelles du commerçant

BonjourCela fait 3 jours que j essaye de joindre le commerçant car je n' ai pas reçu la machine en stock promise. Je suis dans l embarras car je ne sais plus laver mon linge.
