le produit ne fonctionne plus correctement

Bonjour.En date du 09/05/2023 j'ai acheter une caméra endoscope industriel sur batterie interne à recharger.Celle-ci ne fonctionne plus normalement pour pouvoir l'utiliser il faut que je la branche sur une prise de courant via un chargeur car sans quelle ne soit branchée elle s'allume et s'éteint sans arrêt.La fonction de pouvoir utiliser la caméra indépendamment d'une prise secteur et d'un adaptateur n'est plus faisable.
