Modification contrat durant travaux sans indemnisation

Bonjour, je reviens vers vous car le club ne semble guère se soucier de ses membres. Ils ont entamés des travaux en mai 2023 et je les ai contacté une première fois le 7 juin 2023 demendant d'obtenir une réduction de l'abonnement. Lorsque je vais faire du sport, je vais 1x sur 2 au wellness. Or ce dernier n'est pas accessible depuis fin mai. Sur août c'est en ordre car l'abonnement avait été suspendu et pour septembre, je suis gentil et je laisse tomber car au moins la piscine intérieure est réouverte. Par contre, il est logique d'obtenir un remboursement de 50% des montants payés en juin et juillet car je n'ai pas pu faire 50% des activités prévues à cause des travaux qui ne me sont nullement imputable. Merci donc de rembourser 1 mois entier (= 2x 1/2 mois). Alexis
