non remboursement du dépôt de garantie

Bonjour, j'ai loué un véhicule auprès de la société Carjet à Varna Bulgarie entre le 20/06/2023 et le 11/07/2023. Pour ce faire j'ai payé un dépôt de garantie de 900 BG leva via ma carte Visa. A la remise du véhicule ce dépôt devait être débloqué et la somme devait m'être restituée. J'ai contacté, à plusieurs reprises la société à Varna, laquelle m'a à chaque fois promis de restituer la somme. J'ai envoyé un email plainte à la société Carjet en date du 04 octobre, mais sans réponse à ce jour et mon dépôt de garantie ne m'a toujours pas été restitué.
