- EC2 Claims are only applicableondelayed or cancelled flights thaepartedfrom a European station.
- All claim applications must besubmittedthroughouronline web form. If you have applied via email, we kindly request that you resubmit your application through the web form. If you do not have your reservation number, please use the adjacent form available on the same page tosubmityour claim.Kindly note, however, that applications submitted through this alternate form may require a significantly longer processing time.
- If you have alreadysubmittedyour application through the web form but have not yet received any communication from usregardingyour eligibility or the amount you are entitled to, please follow up on theinitialcase reference, so we can review it further.
- If you have already received confirmation from us regarding your eligibility and/or the compensation amount, and you have submitted your payment details form,no further action is required on your partand you may kindly disregard this email.
