Plus de 6 mois et pas de réponse

Bonjour, j’ai envoyé une question à Test Achat le 21 décembre 2022, et depuis plus de 6 mois pas de réponse… Comme justifié vous cela et quelle compensation vous aller m’offrir pour ce dysfonctionnement de vos services ? Je vous demande le remboursement de l’abonnement pour les 6 mois d’attente inutile. Cordialement
