Bonjour,suite à une commande sur votre site le 01/11/22 pour une somme de 33 euros, j 'ai été prélevée 2 autres fois (04/11/22 ,18/11/22) de 47 euros.Je viens d' apprendre qu'en achetant sur votre site,j 'aurais souscrit à une adhésion et accepté de verser tous les 15 jours la somme de 47 euros....94 euros mensuel pour approvisionner mon compte V.I.P ....J' ai évidemment de suite annulé via votre site cet abonnement ,ce qui entraine des frais de résiliation de 6.95€.Suite à nos échanges vous m'avez confirmée la suspension des prélèvements mais nul remboursement envisageable,juste d'effectuer des achats pour 94€ sur votre site.Comme je vous l'ai précisé,à nul moment ,quand on commande,vous n attirez l' attention sur un quelconque abonnement,tout se passe comme pour une commande ordinaire sur n importe quels sites.Il est vrai que j 'ai naïvement coché accepter les conditions générales sans lire ,comme pour toutes commandes sur un site ordinaire.94 € mensuel pour approvisionner un compte pour des achats cosmétiques...Je me demande combien de personnes accepteraient de façon volontaire de souscrire à ça.Dans nos échanges de mails,vous refusez tous remboursements pour clôturer par un remboursement partiel et le reste d’achats sur votre site.Je refuse ,voulant un remboursement intégral,puisque tout n'est que tromperie..

Voulant dépenser les 94 euros,n ayant aucune nouvelle de vous,je n ai d autres choix que de me réabonner...Le chat" choisissez le prix plein" ou annuler votre abonnement après vos achats.Impossible de choisir le prix plein(photo jointe) et le VIP =abonnement et prélèvement...J entoure le prix que je veux sur mon écran?Et j aimerais que nos échanges soient en français.
