Bonjour,
Notre service comp attendait des éclaircissements concernant le remboursement de notre client Monsieur Luc Van Muylder car celui-ci nous réclamait 1000€ alors que son compte-client affichait un crédit en sa faveur de 3000€!
Nous avons pu contrôler le dossier de manière approfondie et valider le paiement de 3000€ que Monsieur Van Muylder recevra encore cette semaine sur son compte en banque.
J’ai personnellement appelé Monsieur Van Muylder pour l’en informer et lui présenter nos excuses pour le retard de traitement de sa demande.
