Problème de remboursement

Bonjour,J'ai passé une commande via l'application Uber Eats. Celle-ci prenait beaucoup plus de temps que prévu et le livreur ne répondait pas à mes appels. J'ai donc contacté le service support afin d'avoir plus d'information sur le suivi de ma commande. Le collaborateur du service support ne m'a jamais répondu et a soudainement annulé ma commande, sans aucune raison apparente. Je ne l'ai donc jamais reçue et en plus de cela, celle-ci m'a été facturée. J'ai ensuite essayé d'introduire une demande de remboursement mais le service support ne m'a jamais recontactée.

Dear,I have contacted your support team exactly the way you described it in your answer. It has been more than three weeks now that they just keep answering me that my request is being processed but that they are very busy and facing a large amount of complaints. Now, they do not answer me anymore. This is unacceptable. I will expose this type of behaviour of yours until I get at least my money back.
