Problème de remboursement

Bonjour, J'ai réservé en ligne une location de voiture à l'aéroport de Casablanca au Maroc, une fois arrivée l'agence est inexistante et personne ne répond au téléphone. Du coup argent envolé et j'ai due me débrouiller pour rentrée à 23h30.merci carjet ??

Bonjour, Je suis arrivé à l'heure à l'aéroport, je me suis dirigé vers la société tous étant fermé j'ai appelé le numéro personne ne répond, vous dites que vous fermé à minuit mais ce ne sont que des paroles, je suis arrivé à 23h . Vous voulez me voler 251 euro pour une voiture que je n'ai pas reçu c'est une honte de votre part ,régler cette histoire au plus vite .merci

Désolé c'est pas mon travail pour vous prouver cela ,consultez les caméras de surveillance de l'aéroport et vous aurez votre réponse, Ce n'est pas normal que je dois vous envoyer des dizaines de plaintes pour être remboursé d'une voiture que je n'ai pas reçu, soit vous me rembourser soit j'irai voir un avocat.
