Bonjour Booking utilise un programme de fidélité appelé Génius avec différents niveaux accordant certains avantages. J'étais au niveau 3 et maintenant je suis passé au niveau 1. Impossible de contacter gratuitement Booking. De plus avec mon historique de réservation il est facile de voir que je suis au niveau 3 . Merci
