PROBLEME DE REMBOURSEMENT DE MA CAUTION

Bonjour,J'ai été en congé avec mon épouse à Lisbonne au mois de Mai 2023. Nous avons loué une voiture chez ok Mobility pour une semaine. Après contrôle sans dégât à la remise du véhicule, ils ont promis nous virer notre caution durant le mois. Nous n'avons rien reçu après de multiples échanges de mails.Ils disent n'avoir pas soustrait l'argent du compte, hors j'ai la preuve bancaire du contraire.Merci de nous aider à récupérer notre caution.Merci d'avance pour votre aide
