A l'encontre de: Do you Spain
Bonjour,J’ai effectué une reservation de voiture avec le service DoyouSpain. Je me suis présenté au guichet pour recuperer la voiture, la compagnie de location m’a informé qu’ils n’avaient pas reçu ma reservation. Alors toute de suite apres j’ai effectué une autre reservation toujours sur doyouspain aupres d’une autre compagnie de location de voiture, qui a marché et j’ai pu recuperer le véhicule. Concernant ma première reservation pour laquelle je demande le remboursement, DoyouSpain a pris contacte avec la compagnie de location, qui affirme que je ne me suis pas présenté au guichet, une affirmation totalement fausse car la reservation a été faite quand j’etais deja à l’aéroport et ma deuxième reservation qui a fonctionné a été faire 20 min apres la première reservation et j’ai recupere le véhicule, preuve que j’etais bien à l’aeroport et dans les temps.

Dear, I went to pick up the car at 20:35 and Goldcar (it was a Male working at the desk) told me that he has not received my reservation. After that i made a new reservation (DYS-97772294) with a rental company which is located just in front of Goldcar and signed the agreement with them at 20:57. Why would i made a new booking and sign an agreement with a new rental company if i had already a booking with Goldcar? The reason is because Goldcar didn’t want to provide me with the car. Considering the above Goldcar is scaming people. Please do your own due diligence. Juste check my new reservation pick up time ( DYS-97772294 ).Why do you believe Goldcar more than me? I have evidence that i was at the airport at the right time and i also told the gender (male) working at the desk of Goldcar on 15/12/2023 at 20:35. When I will be travelling back (on 27/12) i will deposit a complaint at the airport police against Goldcar employee.Please revert to me with a solution otherwise I will be obliged to take action both with testachat and a local representative in Spain. All the endured expenses will be charged on the guilty party.Alessandro

Actually their last contract was opened at 22:11. Dear Andrea,You have answered to me based on the information received from Goldcar and hVe not replied to ANY argument suggesting by me. I have provided you with proofs that i was at the airport to pick up the car (my next reservation and many other arguments) moreover when i went to the airport on 27/12 to deposit the car i have recorded the conversation between me and the Goldcar employee and you can listen that he admits that the reservation was not in their system. Please note that i am in Italy now and i will go to deposit a complaint against Goldcar employee not delevering me the car to the police station of the airport. After that if no action will be initiated i will initiate a case against doyouspain. I am doing it for principle and not to recover 70 euro. Please transfer this message do your management.
