Réservation d'un billet d'avion le 16/09/2023 Bruxelles Chennai(aller- retour).

Bonjour, lors de la réservation, un problème s'est probablement passé car la somme d'argent a bien été débitée de mon compte vers Qatar Airways mais le billet n'a pas été confirmé. J'ai écrit plusieurs emails sans jamais recevoir la moindre réponse personnelle. J'ai, entre autres, envoyé un courrier comportant le numéro ARN de la transaction ainsi qu'une copie de l'extrait de compte.
