Hello,I come to you as my last resort, I got your contact from some colleague.I bought a concert ticket from Viagogo (EUR 319.68) in 2019 for an event in 2020. The event was post-poned (COVID) to June 2022. I decided to sell my ticket and it was successfully sold through Viagogo's platform but as per Viagogo conditions, I should receive my refund after the event had taken place (June 2022).Now it has been a year and I have not received my money yet. I have been in touch with them since last year. They have me stuck in a vicious circle of customer service without any specific actions to solve it. I am fed up. I have screenshots of all the messages back and forth where they deliberately do not take any clear actions.I would appreciate your help and support, this is very frustrating and bizarre.
