Madame, Monsieur, Numéro de commande GCSQDPI55KHR6 Le 13/06/2024, j'ai acheté des NOTHIN EAR 2] chez vous pour [119,26 EUROS]. La commande a été annulée vu qu'elle ne pouvait être livrée en temps et heures. On m'a signalé un remboursement dans les 5 jours-> toujours rien. C'est vraiment pénible de faire attendre comme cela. un peu facile comme réponse. J'ai maintenant un de vos collègues qui ne retrouve pas mes moyens de paiement alors qu'ils sont encodés depuis longtemps sur votre site. Il s'agit vraiment de vol. De plus, maintenant, il me dit que je dois attendre de 5 à 7 jours ouvrables. Vous mentez tout le temps. Vraiment pénible. Je ne veux que mon argent et il est clair que je ne vais pas vous laisser vous en tirer comme cela!!!

Malheureusement, il y a un problème. Vous me parlez de 3 à 5 jours puis de 5 à 7 jours. ..Quel sera le délais suivant??? Un peu pénible vos réponses; De plus aucun remboursement pour la carte de fidélité FNAC que j'ai dû prendre avec cette commande pour bénéficier d'une soi-disant ristourne. Beaucoup de mensonges jusqu'à présente et TOUJOURS aucun remboursement. Il est claire que je ne lâcherai pas!!!
