Dear Sir/MadamI am writing to complain about the long delay of flight PC802 on 23/02/2024 between Bruxelles-Charleroi and Istanbul-Sabiha. As a passenger on this flight, I have suffered considerable inconvenience as a result of this delay, and hereby request compensation in accordance with current regulations.The flight in question, originally scheduled for 11h30 AM, has been delayed by 6h17. This delay has had a significant impact on my future plans and commitments.In accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of February 11, 2004, I am entitled to compensation for this flight delay, except in the case of extraordinary circumstances which were unforeseeable or which would have been unavoidable despite all the measures taken. To the best of my knowledge, no such event has occurred to justify the delay of the flight in question.I therefore request that you pay the compensation provided for in the regulations.
