in regards to this complaint I have contacted Oliver Remy and have agreed on a refund of 200EUR in travel credit as a gesture of goodwill. Although it is the service provider that is responsible, the claim could be, partially, verified. As Mr. Remy did contact us during the stay this has helped accepting the claim.
