I bought solar panel + battery from, Greenforce (BE0772.898.869) located at Bevrijdingslaan 37 1.02, 8000 Brugge in December 2022. They force me to pay full amount to have installation early, so I paid full amount and installation date fixed for 10/03/2023. No one came for appointment while Fanny Laforce (CEO) keep saying we are coming- on way, after whole day waiting, at end of day she said we cannot come but will come for next appointment. And this story keeps repeating every two weeks till today. In mean time fighting so many times – I managed to get only solar panel which were not working and they left open wires hanging in my garden. No inverter and no battery. After month of fighting they install wrong inverter but no battery. Last week they tried to cheat me by installing low quality different battery than what I have paid according to factuur/offerte. But I realized in time and refused to get anything which do not belong to me. I was just demanding the right things for which we have agreed, and I paid for. Now they block my phone number, and their office address seems fake, I went there multiple time but no one was there. Now there is no way forward for me, I just want to finish dealing this company. I just want my money back because they cannot deliver what was promised. CEO also mentioned that if we cannot finish installation on 24/06, we will pay you back full amount ( communication attached).
