They don t wanna refund me

I contacted Bpost on 20 December 2024 regarding the damage to my parcel (reference: 1-58426217834, shipment: 323244074098151011). After investigation, Bpost refused to grant compensation, citing serious indications that their products or services had been used illegally. I am contesting this decision, as I have no information regarding any illegal act on my part and I consider that my case was not properly handled. I request a new review of my file and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refusal of compensation. I ask you to kindly intervene in order to resolve this situation fairly and in accordance with my rights as a consumer. Thank you for your assistance
